How to wear it?

1. Wash both hands and squeeze the tip of ear plug tight (applicable for bullet-type and cylindrical-type only);

2. Pick your ear upward and outward with another hand going through the backside of your head and stuff the head of ear plug into your ear. This step is applicable for all types of ear plugs;

3. Gently touch ear plug till full expansion;

To be more comfortable, please twist ear plug while pulling-out ear plugs.

How to remove it?

Twist ear plug to loosen it in ears and then pull it out.

How to store it?

 Store it in clean environment after usage.

Service life

Replace ear plug with new one when it was torn or polluted.Disposal it in accordance with local laws and regulations.
