Sela Shopping signs the Climate Neutral Now Pledge

As a company we are concerned about the serious risks that climate change poses for present and future generations.

With our signature we agree to take the following actions:

We promise to do our best to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions caused by us and to cut our personal climate footprint by half within ten years or faster.

To achieve the target, we will pay attention to the climate footprint of our energy use, travelling, eating and consumption habits, electronic devices and appliances as well as our financial savings. We will make low-carbon choices wherever possible.

We pledge to consider addressing our unavoidable climate footprint by offsetting emissions which we cannot reduce, to become climate neutral now.

We will share our experiences in making cleaner choices with our families, friends and colleagues and encourage them to sign the pledge, too.

By signing the Climate Pledge we are sending a message to other decision makers, companies and to all levels of society, to implement ambitious policies and practices which prevent the harmful effects of climate change and to secure the living conditions of mankind, as promised in the Paris Climate Change Agreement.
